By registering with the Official Property Rental Programme, you ensure that your home receives maximum exposure to vetted guests, and you will have the option to benefit from expert support throughout the rental process. Property registration will be open to property owners in October 2025.

Property registration will be made available in Oct 2025. Once the property registration portal is open you will be invited to create your account and register your property by completing the registration form with all the details of your home.

Ryder Cup Travel Services (RCTS) will provide a recommended price guide based on key factors such as:
Distance from the event venue
Room configuration
Facilities
Overall rating & quality
Ancillary services offered
The guide will include anonymized pricing information to help you set a competitive rate. You retain full control over your final listing price.
A Price Calculator will be made available to assist you with pricing as part of the property registration process.

All properties will be considered, but must adhere to the following:
Minimum of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
A good bedroom-to-bathroom ratio (ideally 1 bathroom per 2 bedrooms)
Properties must be a maximum of 2-hours drivetime from Adare Manor (on a typical day)

The standard rental term is 8 nights:
Check-in: Sunday, September 12th, 2027
Check-out: Monday, September 20th, 2027
Additional nights are subject to availability and extra cost, to be agreed in advance.

The closer to Adare, the more desirable your property will be.
Recommended: within a 60-minute drive
Maximum: two-hour drive

We have simplified our services into two base listing tiers:
LISTED (€295):
You manage the listing, tenant communication, rental agreement, and payments. We provide you with a Rental Information Pack containing a step-by-step guide, template tenancy agreement and a property checklist.MANAGED (€645 + 15% + applicable VAT commission):
RCTS handles everything: listing optimization, marketing, tenant sourcing, virtual viewings, contracts, and payments.
Note: If your property is rented, the €645 fee is deducted from the commission.

No. The only costs are those listed according to the service level you select.

If you choose LISTED, enquiries go directly to your listed email.
If MANAGED, RCTS handles all communication with prospective tenants.

We recommend:
A non-refundable deposit
A refundable security deposit
Final balance paid 30 days before check-in
Return the security deposit after a final inspection.

Yes. You must comply with local legislation, including:
Up-to-date gas (if applicable) and electrical safety certificates
Any required licenses (RCTS will keep you informed of changes)

Keep furnishings minimal and clutter-free
Remove or lock away personal items, clothes, and food
Provide fresh, hotel-style bedding and towels

September 2025: Registration of interest
October 2025: Property Registration Portal opens
November 2025: Official Property Rental Listings launched for client reservation
November 2025 – September 2027: Properties may be rented at any point during this 2-year period

A rental cannot be guaranteed, but if you select the Managed option our experienced housing team will offer your property at every opportunity to our clients according to their requirements.

All properties must ensure they are compliant with local laws and property regulations. Failte Ireland’s Short Term Letting (STL) Register is due to come into force in 2026 and all rental properties will need to register for this in order to be listed on the website. Gas safety, PAT Testing and EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) certification is recommended, and the validity of all certifications should cover the period of occupation by the tenant. Valid Buildings and contents insurance and Public Liability to a value of at least €2,000,000 must be in place during the rental period.
